Do we have to submit a completed immigration form only at the start of the tour or every day during the trip?

You will not need to fill out an immigration form. When you go through immigration office, you will receive a completed electronic immigration form. Please keep it in your passport, every time you go through immigration/passport control, you will need to show it to the officer along with your “Pasarela” ticket and your passport.

What documents will we need to disembark?

Make sure you have the following documents with when you disembark the ship:

— A valid passport. Remember to check the expiration date. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the date of your departure from Russia (3 months for other countries).

— Tourtickets for the Pasarela (everyone who wants to get off the ship must have his personal ticket with).

When will we receive confirmation and all the official travel documents?

As soon as you have filled out the reservation forms for each tour participant, received confirmation of our manager and made payment, you will receive all the necessary supporting documents (including tickets) in a printable form.

Do I need to apply for a tourist visa myself?

You will not need a visa to travel with “Pasarela”. We will prepare all necessary supporting documents for our customers, including tourist tickets, which act as a visa when passing through the Russian immigration office at the cruise terminal. You will need ONLY the “Pasarela” ticket and your passport.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia of 28.08.2003 No. 532 cruise passengers that arrive to Russia on a cruise ship and stay for less than 72 hours do not need to obtain a visa if they are residing aboard the ship. If a person is travelling independently or wants to spend over 72 hours in Russia, then it is necessary to obtain a visa.

In order to disembark from a ship without a visa a foreign citizen must have an ID(passport), tour ticket and be listed in the lists with passport details and tour group program. A member of a tour group that does not have a visa can only visit places indicated in the tour program.
